@4wtc Monday Walk World Trade Center West Concourse! The first portion of Santiago Calatrava-Designed World Trade Center Transportation Hub. Calatrava took his inspiration for the design from the gesture of a child releasing a dove into the air. The hub design has a soaring skeletal structure punctuated by white spires meant to represent a bird in flight. With retractable glass-and-steel “wings” that rise 150 feet, the roof’s ribbed arches allow sunlight to filter down into the interior of the building to rail platform 60 feet below street level. #movingmedia happy #architecture #film #filming #WorldTradeCenter #wtc #westconcourse #wtcpath #SantiagoCalatrava moving what’s next fun new positive media #art #downtown #NewYorkCity #2001films (at World Trade Center (PATH station))

@joseparla ONE: “Union of the Senses!” Great Art Work Monday located in the lobby One World Trade Center. Artist José Parlá started painting in the early 1980’s, exhibiting his work in the streets of Miami. The Brooklyn based artist began painting on city walls using the name “Ease,” following the tradition of New York subway art. Thank you (@one_wtc) for the tour today looks amazing #OneWTC. This 90ft long #mural incorporates #calligraphy into pictures that resemble distressed city walls. #JoseParla moving what’s next #art #artwork #film #filming #OneWorldTradeCenter #one #movingmedia #NewYork #2001films (at One World Trade Center)
